Help with understand test results

My daughter just received her IGeneX test results, can anyone help shed some light on these. It appears she has a positive IgM and a negative IgG, not sure what that means, thanks for your help

what we are confused about is that this would not be a recent exposure, it wasn't until I was diagnosed that she mentioned that all her joints hurt ( she is 39 ) and that she was having some memory issues, I ordered the IgeneX test for her, so we are puzzled by the negative IgG

With most diseases, the IgM antibodies switch over to IgG within a matter of weeks...or a couple months.
But with Lyme disease this usually doesn't happen. It can stay IgM positive for many months to years....possibly indicating an ongoing reactivation.

"In almost all infection models, after just a few weeks, the IgM antibody level wanes to the point of being non-detectable and does not recur.
However, a confounding fact in Bb infections is that the IgM antibody may persist for years, a very unusual situation in most disease states. "Logically, one would have to conclude that this reflects an ongoing reactivation or persisting and continually renewing infectious state of Bb infection. Most active diagnostic laboratories involved with LD tend to agree with this notion. "
