Is there any other way to get IgeneX Lyme testing without a doctor's signature?

True Health Labs was the only place I knew of and it's no longer listed.

Which one of them is the basic Lyme test that IgeneX has?

Is the $656 test the same test IgeneX charges like $210 for?

It's $250 now (not 210)
