Anyone getting their stomach rocked by Dapsone or Daraprim?

Started both this past week and man my stomach is in bad shape. I'm usually good with any type of abx but one (or both) of these is rocking my stomach. I threw up for an hour straight Tues night curious other people's experiences. Thx.

Hey Rikky1, I'm taking Dapsone since yesterday, I have absolutely zero stomach issues.

I think it might be the Daraprim you're taking.

In a video from Dr. Horowitz he says Dapsone doesn't cause stomach upset, I'll try to find the video.

Are you taking them with food? What about a probiotic?

Rikky - are you taking it with food...or does it need to be an empty stomach?


I'm pretty much taking everything with food now...because I can't sacrifice my stomach.

im taking my rifabutin and amox on no food cause rif has to be on empty stomach. the other stuff with food.

Right - When I'm on Rifampin I do take that on empty stomach.
