Xylitol & Lactoferrin Dosage

I was given this in my protocol when I was seeing Dr J. I have since moved on to a closer LLMD. He wants me to stick with the xylitol & Lacto. But, I have misplaced the protocol sheet given to me from Dr J's clinic. And I forgot to ask him the dosages while I was at the office last week. My doctor is not in today to ask. I start back on Monday.

Can anyone seeing Dr J in DC give me his schedule and dosage amounts for these two items? IIRC, it's Mon, Tues, Wed, & Thurs of the first week. But, I am not certain. And I forgot the doses.

I think it varies because I seem to be on a lower dose than some others.


Week 1 of Cycle 2 only:

1/2 tsp xylitol
250 mg lactoferrin.
------------------------------------------------------

I've seen 1 tsp and even 2 tsp of xylitol

and 500 mg lactoferrin.

maybe mine will be increased down the road.

What days that week are you on?

I know this post is old but I'd figure just ask here after searching around.

I'm to start Lacto and Xylitol for 1 week 7 days on then 3 weeks off and repeat. It says to start between 250-500mg of lacto and increase each round. Is that 250 for the first week then 500 the next month or should I do 250 a couple of days and then try increasing depending on how it goes. Same with Xlyitol 2-8mg a day and increase as tolerated. So I'm thinking 2 the first day and go up by 2 each day?

Also would you takes these with vitamins and supplements or abx and herbs? I try to seperate the 2 groups by a couple of hours already.

I now take 2 tsp xylitol with 500 mg of lactoferrin. (Once a day)
I take it first when I get up in the morning.
Then I take my abx and eat breakfast.

As you can see from my earlier posts I was prescribed lower starting dosages when I started it several months ago.
