Can spirochetes cross tissue? Today I've feel a weird sensation in 2 seconds... pain in my head after a ectopic beat in my chest, a twitching in my gut and finally in my leg....

Are you saying it’s the same spirochete causing those symptoms ie - travelling in your body?

I would think it’s different spirochetes -

But you can have many symptoms from the spirochetes being throughout your blood.

So you're asking if the spirochete travelled from your head to your heart..and then to your leg in 2 seconds?

Yes you would have many - not just one spirochete
