whenever i wake up in the morning and sit up or start walking i get sick and burning in face
and have to lay down again and i allso get headpressure mild is it blod flow?
have anybody tried that?
is it ok to take iron suplements even if my iron is ok?

Not sure about the iron. Have you been checked for POTS? It is when blood pressure drops when you stand and heart rate may increase too.

Babesia and lyme can also cause head pressure and the burning sensation. In addition, with the infections you can get "thick" blood, which can decrease blood flow.

Are you seeing an LLMD?

hi k07 no i am not seeing an llmd i have candida to
today i have been feeling hot all day and burning chest
could the hot feeling be candida
i have been taking cowden protocol last 2 days
but half the dosis
i havent been checked for pots but sometimes i have pots
hearth going crazy when standing and somedays its normal
i really dont know whats wrong
and feeling sick
and strange head but no pain
and then usally when evening come i feel better
but then i have to go to sleep
what happens if i take blood thinner does my hearth rate go down
or does it only make my blood thinner?

I have thick blood, and stunningly a cardiologist refused a hypercoagulation test, probably because I don't have the rich peoples' insurance. Same thing happened with a neurologist who wouldn't do a blood flow spect scan. Because insurance.

I would get your iron tested before adding in any supplements. You don't want to have high iron levels.

my POTS symptoms: When i rise from sitting, my pulse goes up. It hasn't consistently affected my blood pressure...just heart rate.

So, it will go from 80/82 up to 100-110.

It's much better now compared to a couple years ago.

So these symptoms are new? And you just started cowden 2 days ago? If so, then sounds like you are hitting something. Cowden protocol sheet says if herx suspected take 10 drops of burbur or 10 drops of parsley with 10 drops of pinella in 1/4 cup clean water every 10 minutes for up to 2 hrs.

I would also back off the doses even more. Do some extra things to detox your entire body (espom bath, sauna, charcoal, etc.)

I wouldn't take a blood thinner without knowing that is your problem. Certain herbs will thin your blood too - some of those may be in the Cowden protocol.
