Shoulder pain spread to hands

Hello,
My shoulder pain has now spread to my hands. Before this week, my sx have been mainly neuro. I am mainly housebound because of it. But i need to help out w house work, and shoveling snow, and my creative outlets to keep my sanity.(drawing,guitar). What would you all do in my case? Should i work it out (i still try to lift light weights, walk around and push ups everyday) stretch, or take an otc med? I did abx but they wrecked my insides. Thank you!

Yes, that was my pattern too starts in neck/shoulders and went to hands. As my neck muscles got worse, it pinched arm/hand nerves. Lyme seems yo slow circulation.

For me that was late 80's early 90's.

Untill lyme is gone, You need major muscle massage (sometimes called longitudinal muscle stripping). Have someone "wring out" your forarms - yes, grab and twist. Then apply epsome salt gel, arnica, or DMSO. Do this daily.

I gave up guitar, fingers are still too slow from 25-30 years of lyme.. Hopefully you will have better luck.

Very cool! My daughter draws too using a tablet and laptop. Every single minute possible. But it is good therapy for her.
