Trying to decide on additional herbal treatment

So I recently purchased Samento after reading about its benefits. Trying to decide which other of the following herbals I should order: Banderol, Pinella, Cumanda, or Houttuynia to go with the Samento.

Only officially diagnosed with Lyme at this point but feel that I mighr have some symptoms of Bartonella too especially burning feet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The Banderol is an antimicrobial but the Pinella is for brain detox.
I think the Cumanda is also antimicrobial.

Houttuynia is for bart treatment.

I think adding in the Houttuynia for bartonella
and Pinella (you could get the burbur as well...or the combo pinella/burbur) for detox would be good additions.

Knotweed has been by far the most helpful to me. Though it's not quite getting rid of my neurolyme. But it has nearly eliminated my other symptoms and kept my neurolyme under control. Far from cured though. I relapse immediately after stopping. But worst case scenario I don't think being on knotweed for life would be quite as bad as abx. Cats claw has helped a little. Sida and crypto hit my neurolyme pretty aggressively but I think the bugs just went dormant because I all of a sudden stopped herxing and stopped improving even though knotweed is still killing things
