Buhner Herbs

Hello,

I am now ot antbx and want to add herbs. Last time when only on antibiotix 1 year - almost no improvement - just didnt feel very bad (whit strong pain) while on them. But i didnt detox, diet ......
I saw this site for herbs: https://lymeherbs.eu/ and whant to oreder but dont know what.
Here in Bulgaria Japanese knotweed root is extremely expensive an cant find powder nowhere - only cats clow.
So - please recomend whit what herbs to start. I allready take knotweed root and have catsclow powder but not take it for now. Now i am in protocol for Bartonela and Borelia + plaquenil. Do you think it is a good idea to add some Babs herbs + plaquenil to treat them all 3?

schould i take Andrographis - i am not new in this illnes.


Also is there any difference between powder and capsules. The powder is deffinetly cheaper.

Usually you start with one herb to see if you tolerate it or are allergic to it. Start with a very , very low dose . After about a week you can start another herbal and do the same slowly building up the doses over time.
For Lyme many start with one of these: Japanese knotwood, cats claw tomentosa or andrographis.


For Bartonella: Houttuynia and there are others. For Babesia: Cryptolepis, Sida acuta or Bidens

Herbs are very potent and it is highly advises to check for contradictions and side effects.

Some people treat all three infections at the same tie and others one at at time. Usually the Lyme literate MD may be of help with that decision .

Many people believe that Babesia lingers a long time and is what keeps many people sick. However I find Bartonella to be a tough one to conquer.

So i think to take Cats claw, Knot weed root, lion's mane and Houttuynia cordata. I will buy powders because it is a lot of money otherwise.

Well the capsules contain the powder. I think it's the same though.
But, it may be difficult to swallow all that powder...when you're taking several different herbs.


You could purchase some empty capsules...and one of those capsule 'filling machines'
