Hi, the Ashwaganda I would take at bedtime and see how you do. It can cause drowsiness for some people.
Which cats claw are you thinking of starting?
If it is C.C. rhynchopylla, that rebuilds the myelin sheaths and is good for neuro Lyme. I never had an issue with such as herxing. But still start slow and low dose and then build up.
If its C.C. tomentosa I would start with one drop and see how it goes and then build up. That is usually used for the Lyme infection.
As with all herbals, check for side effects and contradictions.
The full moon makes me flare up to not specifically sure which infection is affected by this, but my Bart symptoms increase.
