My girlfriend wants to add artemisin to doxycycline... so i don't know if there is any interaction. Is it safe? Can it decreased doxy levels?

It seems that they are ok together from the little info I've seen, even might have some synergy. The one thing I've read is that artemisinin needs to be taken on pulse schedules to maintain effectiveness.

Yes it needs to be pulsed - but not all llmd’s follow that particular schedule.
LLMD MR says 3 on 11 off
I’m currently on M/W/F 2 weeks on 1 week (or 2) off
