anyone have success at a 'retreat' clinic??

considering undergoing treatment at a one-stop shop for lyme/babesiosis.. has anyone had success or know of a positive success story with any of the following: lifeworks, infusio, envita, sierra, SHI?
i realize we are all different and that healing is a degree entity, but hoping to start off on the right track...
