I shared my past experience with medical costs (suppliments are food) in a post last week.
The post was from a Canadian member if you can find it. Canada might have been part of the title. Girlie would prob remember.
In a nutshell: In US, you can deduct medical cost once they reach a certain percentage of income. Medical, not supplements. FDA type medical. Chiro and LLMD is included. Again, any non-RX is "food"- not included. MUST have receipts for visits.
Frequency, ozone ect is what they call "smoke and mirrors"- not included.
I am surprized by the wording, as it looks like supps by a Dr are included. I was told it was not a few years ago.
Since I "supp" myself, I cant even try to deduct it nowdays.
