Lower right Abdominal pain at about 4 am

I'm not one to normally chase the aches and pains of Lyme but this one baffles me.

It was one of the first symtoms I had which is a pain in the lower right abdomen. CT scan and a colonoscopy and all testes ok,.

Pain happens about 4 AM comes and goes every month or so.

Also feels like a muscle pain and sometime hurts more when I breath or fill my lungs.

Last I can feel bumps on the muscle where the pain is and seems to not be in the exact place all the time.

Any ideas?

Have you tried any anti-parasitics?

500 mg 3 days a week of Tinidazole for 8 weeks.

isn't lower right - the appendix? maybe have them checked out.

We just had a member who had an appendectomy...and that's what made me think of this. (RedEye)

Although the imaging should have picked that up.

Yes I've had several scans and they all said appendex looked ok.
