Lots of people seem to take it. My sister takes it all the time. I'm just wondering about the lyme community as we seem to react different to just about everything.

I tried it and by the 3rd day my skin was dry and extra itchy. Wasnt using much maybe 1 or 2 grams tops if my memory serves. Some people with the Morgellons variation swear by it. I had fungal issues for certain but borax didnt seem to agree with me. But I can take boron supplements without issue.

I use a sprinkle every few days and it's a good energy boost. It supposedly helps your immune system if you take the right amount but it will suppress it somewhat if you take too much. I'm not sure what the right amount is but I've read about it and there is some controversy. A pinch every other day seems to be playing it safe to me although some people take a lot more everyday.
