Is this a herx

Just wanting to see if you all believe this was a herx or not.

I've been taking rifampin for 2 months for suspected bart.

I woke up today feeling lousy as always but not at my worst. Around 3 I began feeling much worse. Which I'm kinda use too but it felt different. First off my daughter & wife began getting sick today. Soon after I began getting a bad headache, more fatigue & sleepiness, body felt sorta heavy, sore throat, & some ear pain. I just figured I was getting sick like they were but about 2 hours after feeling like this I drank some lemon water like I always do & soon after those symptoms went away.

It couldn't be from what my family came widen with since it went away so soon, right?

I figured by now I would be able to tell whether I was herxing or not but I'm still so confused about it.

Also I was in like a depressed mood when feeling ill. Which I know a herx can cause.
