it reports largely, negative. 41 band is not lyme specific.

if its not from a reputable lab such as MDL, Igenex, etc. its likely a false negative if you have symptoms

I had 41, 58 and 66 IgG and I'm Lyme positive. It was determined though a C6-Peptide test. I also did a urine test. Band 41 IgG is a tricky one, from what I understand. It can be a lot of things, and one of those things is Lyme. You should have a Lyme Literate Doctor review your results and do additional testing if needs.

I think that's an Armin Lab result or it's the new Igenex test.

Armin labs is a reputable lab.

There are still false negatives with the reputable labs.

My doctor told me I tested positive for lyme. My husband went and picked up my bloodwork from the doctors as I am seeing a specialist on MondayAnd this is what the paperwork says

It's presented strangely. Are the bands that don't show as IgM the IgG bands?

Looks like the only positive is 41 which isn't lyme specific...it does represent the flagella of a spirochete...but not for sure lyme.

But, lyme should always be a clinical diagnosis.

Are you talking about this?

Have you posted everything on your results sheet?

I only see Band 41 + on IgM

I am so confused that test was the first test done of three I had. I am now looking at the latest from 4/16

All the above it says absent

Ab,Quant ,IgM 0.79 positive >1.19
lyme IgG/IgM <0.91 ISR 0.00- range negative <0.91
Ab 0.90 Equivocal 0.91-1.09
positive >1.09

i advise you take 1-2 weeks of some antibiotic, then redo the test. does not matter much what abx. amoxicillin is an easy one and will do. if you can, take doxy.

if you cannot take abx, just order one bottle of samento from nutramedix, take it all in 1-2 weeks then wait for 2 more weeks and get retested.

Also if you try some broad-spectrum antimicrobial therapies and you get amplification of symptoms I would consider that a good indicator of underlying chronic infections. Just throwing that idea out there, I think it's a pretty good tool that can help for confirmation.
