Chronic Lyme now new breast cancer diagnosis

I was hospitalized 7/2017 with neurological Lyme , seizures and Bell’s palsy. Had 4 weeks of IV antibiotics then was told I was well by conventional medicine. 9/2017 started seeing LLMD who began treating me with oral antibiotics and herbs. 8 months later I am on rifampin, minocycline, cefuroxime, malarone, azithromycin and a variety of herbs and supplements. I feel like I am chronically having a herx reaction with terrible head neck and all over joint pain, my neck grates and pops whenever I move it. I have daily episodes of severe shortness of breath and my right side of my body frequently goes numb. My ears ring and hurt all the time. I have 5 young kids and getting out of beds many days is a struggle.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, it was caught early and I was told the prognosis is good. I will need a lumpectomy and radiation. One of the doctors who took my medical history was confused by why I was in so many meds and said “oh, if they are just for Lyme you will be off them in a couple weeks and not be taking them during surgery” ugh. I didn’t even have a response.

I spoke to my LlMd and she said I could go off my antibiotics while I am in the traditional medicine system and take supplements that will continue to boost my immune system (ones which will be more accepted my traditional medical doctors). I am imagining all the work I have done to kill all the Lyme bartonella and Babesia and all the herxing I endure to be a complete waste as I give those bugs the opportunity to flourish again if I stop treatment. Yet I can’t imagine getting through the cancer treatment feeling as miserable as I do now. With my shortness of breath, how will I do under anesthesia? What should I do? Unable to sleep and worried.

shawnjennym, so sorry to hear your news. Unfortunately, I am in a very similar situation. A little more than a year ago I was diagnosed with Lyme, a couple of coinfections, and a very low cd57. I have been on a variety of antibiotics since diagnosis and most of my symptoms are gone. A few remain, but I am so much better than a year ago.
Last month I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy 2 weeks ago. At the surgeon's request, I stopped taking antibiotics the night before surgery. I was put on Cipro for a week following surgery and have not resumed the Lyme related meds since.
Given my symptoms, like you, I was concerned about general anesthesia. I had an EKG and chest x-ray before surgery that looked okay. Fortunately, I had no problems with the anesthesia.
I am worried about the possible return of Lyme and Co symptoms, but right now am so much more concerned with cancer issues. My cd57 has dropped again ... this time to 44. What supplements does your LLMD suggest to boost the immune system? I could use such a thing.
For now I plan to follow the surgeon's recommendations. Next week I meet with an oncologist. Don't know yet what treatments, if any, will be necessary other than 5+ years of a daily antihormonal med.

The above chart has been used by hundreds of MDs. Find the teeth that match the breast meridian and make sure there isn't any issues there-such as root canals ect. Just a suggestion with little to zero downside.

Sometime within the last few months a regular poster mentioned something about a Lyme/cancer connection?

Sound familiar to anyone?

Take lauricidin it heals breast cancer my neighbor did it that is how I found out it works for Lyme too.
