So I apparently have late stage, I have neuro, and joint, spine... whenever I am herxing my heart skips beats, I am assuming that near or in my heart they are dying off, this makes me weary of going hard at it, I'm worried about a heart attack....what would be the recommended protocol for this? currently on doxy 100 2x per day and rimfampin 150 2x per day, flagyl 250 x 2 a day, but flagyl is only 2x per week. Only started treatment 2 weeks ago. Thanks, so glad I found this site, need help.

Hi LovestheLord,

You may want to research the herbal tincture, Hawthorne. It is protective of the heart.

Just check for side effects and contradictions as I am no medical expert.

I had irregular heartbeat, palpitations that have thankfully gone away with continued treatment.

It is scary and worrisome, its our Heart...so I understand how you feel.

I would make sure to detox using more than one method, and look into the use of binders to help with the die-off/toxins.

It is important to keep a daily journal of your symptoms and their severity. Note any changes to treatment. That way you can track what helps, what makes you worse etc.

Is there a plan to increase the Rifampin to 300 mg twice daily? (or are you on Rifabutin?)


In addition to the hawthorne - you can also take CoQ10 for the heart. (just not if you're taking Mepron or Malarone for babesia)

Yes, I want to increase both, but am scared of my heart acting up like this, I will start the coq10, I used to take that before, and I will look into the hawthorn too, thanks so much, I have not gotten such support except for 1 person at church, no one else really understands.
