Buhner Myco/Bart Protocol Duration

Buhner says for Bartonella treatment, do it for 30 days, then reassess. You can keep doing it for another 30 days (60 days at this point), but I don't think it matters the length of time, although don't quote me on that. Do you have his book on Myco/Bart.?

Bartonella can be difficult, but you can knock it back enough to help your immune system get the upper hand. From my understanding, many people have Bartonella, but their immune systems keep it in check, and they don't exhibit symptoms, that is unless they somehow weaken their immune systems.

What is confusing to me with these time limits is that that is not enough time for me to build up to a decent number of drops with each herb. I start out low & go slow. I hate brain fog, fatigue & herxing! I've been treating lyme, bart, bab & mycoplasma for over a year & almost all of my herbs are less than 10 drops, many less than 5 drops/dose.

I'm definitely doing better overall, but continue to have flare ups. I can't tell if they are lyme, bart or mycoplasma. To me this means that the buggers are still there & active & I need to keep treating, not discontinue.

Anyone else have any insights?

You need to guage progress by symptom resolution.

Time needed varies from person to person.

You can add Bart herbs to the Lyme herbs and cover both.

Thanks for your reply Girlie. Your insight is much appreciated. It's hard for me to guage what symptoms my Borreliosis or Bart are causing though.
