I did acupuncture for a full year (every week) before I got my diagnosis. Didn't know what was wrong, but I was having massive anxiety. It helped some.
For anxiety, what's saved my life are a few things: CBD oil (as needed), Happy Campers (find on Amazon), staying hydrated (not kidding, dehydration makes it worse), and telling myself, "Not today!" when I feel the anxiety coming on. Also reminding myself that everything is temporary. Everything.
For the GI issues, start working on healing your gut. Paleo helps, more veg than meat, bone broth, but BPC-157 is a miracle. Everything starts in the gut. If you haven't already cut out wheat and sugar, do that.
