I went to the cardiologist and they said the palpitations were caused by blood pooling in my legs because of dysautonomia. My heart has to work harder to get it moving, especially when the blood volume is low due to dehydration. I'm not dehydrated anymore, though, and it's better but not gone. And that doesn't explain the other symptoms. Maybe I'm worn down from a year of treating (I was able to fast last year), or maybe that part is just the usual relapse during off week.
