Wow! I'm impressed with this group here - the in-depth posts...so much information passed on to the members along with genuine caring and support.

I'm still struggling, unfortunately. Since we last chatted, I made one trip to an urgent care clinic, and, a week or two later, I took an ambulance ride to the emergency room at the hospital. My sleep has been terrible, some night sleeping only four hours - not always in a row. Yesterday, I also found my rent is increasing by $105/month - not great timing for me, since I'm unemployed with no income.

But, other than those items, the persistent extreme fatigue, and my girlfriend breaking-up with me, things are great! smile

I don't think I saw your post about seeing "The Dude Abides" in real life. Are you sure it was "me"? haha

How are you, doing?

Thank you, Girlie. I greatly appreciate the support and encouragement. While the aforementioned things are, indeed, a bummer, I realize a lot of folks have it worse than me. So, I'm trying to keep things in perspective. It takes a lot of heat and pressure to make a diamond.

Girlie, I think that you, the other moderators and all the veteran members that respond and try to help us are all awesome!! I know that I can come to this group and get valuable suggestions for me to consider and take to my doctor. A great group!

Girlie, when I first posted here you were the first to reply and it was within minutes of my post.

At that time i had not yet been diagnosed and i was really struggling with things, your reply made me feel like I was no longer alone in dealing with this which was massive for me.

I have been truly amazed by the caring attitude and help on offer from yourself and other members all while individually suffering with this horrible condition.

Thankyou girlie and everyone else who makes this forum such a special place

you're welcome....I am truly thankful, too. I honestly don't know where I'd be now if I hadn't stumbled across this group when madly googling my symptoms....to find out what the heck was making me so very sick.

All I know is you guys ROCK! I can't even tell you how much you have helped me with my Lyme/mold journey. I am forever grateful to all of you!

This forum is the only place that understands me being I feel like everyone I know just glazes over when I talk about Lyme/mold symptoms and think i am just being lazy when I am fatigued. They don't get it.

I was skeptical that I had Lyme, let alone bart and babs when I joined here. Reading about the same symptoms in others eventually convinced me, and I've also learned a lot about treatment. Navigating this mess wouldn't be possible for me without support from other patients.

It’s going

Nothing earth shattering yet - I will be going back in a couple months - have an appt with Dr J himself.
Have a few questions I want to ask him.
