Babs - I take CoQ10 - but not sure if I can tell it helps me.
I never knew it would help with neuropathy.
BTW - have you been testing to see what your CoQ10 levels are - I think that might be a helpful gauge?
I haven't gotten tested. I don't know if it's one of them, but I know that SO MANY TESTS are not reliable. I was tested for the usual MCAS markers and it was normal... but still allergic to everything. Of course, tested normal for Lyme and Babs... those are raging.
I just found a doctor that I trust, and she's moving across the country. So I'm in a rut right now. I would really like to run every test under the sun and try to get to the bottom of my issues, but I'm so very tired of spending money for nothing. I desperately need counseling, but don't have the energy to search for yet another doctor. My husband is having health problems and we don't trust anyone at this point, so its either Google it or spend hundreds more on out-of-network doctors for him. Spent $250 on an x-ray that showed nothing.
We're still newlyweds. We're still expats. We're still young. Summer is here, we can't travel, and we're both tired of this new life we never signed up for. Madly in love with each other, just very exhausted with life. We've gone through a lot of changes that would normally require an adjustment period, and never got level before the next wave came in. I'm thankful and amazed we have enough money, but so very sad that it's leaking out through my medical bills.
Yeah, this has nothing to do with CoQ10... just having a rough week (I hope its a herx) and feeling very overwhelmed. You know the drill.
