What tips can i do to improve an hyperactive inmune system? It's what is causing all my symptoms and i don't want to take inmunosupresors, never.

bvt calms auto immune issues by regulating th1 and th1 (inflammation) and also i think acts a distraction while pathogens are cleared so it stops going after pathogens causing trouble in certain organs /areas. my livedo reticulitis was a purple lacy net as testament to my bart vascultis ...all but gone
