Could it be Lyme

I know everyone says it takes a while I just definitely don’t want it to get any worse. The link someone shared with me was almost like I wrote it all except he never mentioned eye pain and always seeing light with eyes closed. I’ve also got bad red veins that developed out of nowhere and just keep getting worse. I wish he would tell me something I could start for the visual trouble and eye pain.
