I have some anecdotal evidence that the following is likely what is happening. The iron in the supplemental form is useless to you but will feed Babesia. Babesia converts iron to a form useful to it but useless to you thereby robbing the body of its iron and thereby feeding itself.
Supplementation of iron is not needed, all that needs to be stopped is this conversion and the Babesia will have less to eat. Although we have not found this to be a cure there has been major symptom reduction in all who have applied the following modification to diet. You should notice improvement in as little as 2 weeks.
I realize this link is addressing Morgellons but as I have stated people with Babesia that have had a positive result. If the Babesia causes nausea this will stop the nausea. Take some time to understand the science below. Although there seems to be a consensus that Lyme critters prefer Manganese, most if not all bacterial pathogens feed off of iron in your blood.

Please note I have had success substituting Reduced Glutathione in place of the NAC. I was using this to get over the last leg of remaining Morgellons symptoms. This also seems to work without the Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), I am not sure why they are included. Carnosine is recommended but I had results in days prior to adding any, but I do take it now. So if money is an issue you can try it without the BCAA and Carnosine and add those in later. Lactoferrin can be substituted for the Whey Powder as some have reported unwanted weight gain from the latter:

If you have been helped by this, or are well versed in this, or just inclined to offer a helpful suggestion please feel free to repeat this information as I cant always be there to do so and all I am interested in is for people to have the information to get better.
