That's not necessarily true. Sometimes things that sound true aren't fully investigated before the "info" spreads.

Yes, I've taken breaks. Occasionally (once every month or two) it's good to return back to baseline for 3-4 days, but then my night sweats and heart-fatigue (the main two symptoms it takes care of) come creeping back by the 5th day, typically.
