The Most Detrimental Tick Borne Infection

I understand they are all potentially life threatening. But, other than the Powassan virus, which one of the more common infections is the most virulent and damaging...

From what I have read and experienced to a degree, it seems that Lyme takes a back seat to infections like Bartonella and Babesia. Bartonella seems to have more dramatic neurological effects than the rest.

Bartonella on its own generally isn’t so bad - our immune function usually handles it.

I understand that. But I believe I hear an LLMD saying certain of coinfection microbes were a bit more virulent than others. I could be totally off mark though.
