Anyone have any suggestions on how to increase WBC?

I'm on ABX and I do realize this is likely the reason why it's low, wondering how to raise WBC while on abx?

I don't know how to raise it.

My WBC count is always below range when on antibiotics. I don't think it's a concern unless it goes really low which puts you at risk of catching infections out in public.

how low is your total WBC count?

Mine is usually around mid 3's.

When I was taking abx daily...it went down to low 2's for awhile...I think it was partly due to bart die-off...as it has never bone that low since.

Mine was 3.8 or so when I started treatment. A few months later it was just over 8. Cats claw is supposed to increase wbc.

it has been around 3 a few times in the past, it's currently at 2.5

I'm currently hitting bart

Yup it was when I was treating bart with rifampin that mine got quite low. I don't know if it was bart die-off ..or the Rifampin or a combo of both.

colostrum, chinese hawthorne ...reishi , cats claw, mild exercise,mhbot, bvt all increase wbc
