Herxing?

Pretty new here and I have to admit I don't know what a herx is supposed to feel like. I have acute Lyme. I did 3 weeks of doxy 2 * 100 mg/ day. I started feeling better within 3 to 4 days. I did not experience a herx. One week after finishing abx I relapsed and started feeling fatigue again and my glands became swollen and a bit sore.

My Dr put me back on the same dose of doxy. I was on that for a week then I went back and upped the dose to 200 mg twice per day. I've only been on the increased dose for two days. In total I've been back on the doxy for 9 days. I haven't seen the rapid improvement I did the first time.

My glands aren't bothering me anymore and id say I'm less tired but not 100 percent. However a few days ago I got a few new symptoms. Sinus pressure, post nasal drip, slight sore throat and two canker sores in my mouth. My muscles also have started to twitch a bit again (doesn't really bother me).

Is this a herx? I am prone to canker sores when my body is under stress. I'm also prone to sinusitis (even before I got Lyme)

I have a month this time. I have enough from my old script to add another 11 days. Hopefully my doctor will renew it at the end or I'll be visiting a few walk-in clinics.
