I’ve been taking probiotics and been doing some light excercise. I’ve also been using activated charcoal for my binder. I’m gonna look into milk thistle seed though, haven’t heard about that one to much, thank you!
Our liver is an organ that is a big player for removing toxins out of our body - so taking something to suppport the liver helps.
Note - if you have a ragweed allergy you shouldn’t take Milk thistle
