Are you trying to avoid calcium? I think a lot of store bought milk substitutes have calcium added as this is what people are often looking for. Homemade almond milk will have less but still a reasonable amount. A can of coconut milk (used for cooking not from the milk supplement aisle) only has 2% Calcium in 1/3 cup so this would be a creamy and lower calcium option if that's what your looking for. Homemade coconut milk using shredded coconut would also be fairly low in calcium.
