Oh, yes. That's what most of my pain is from. If my elbows are bent for a while, it hurts when I stretch them out. When I flex my ankles in bed at night, my calf muscles get instant fatigue that I feel throughout my body momentarily. If I sit on the couch with my knees bent to the side, my left knee feels like it's going to break when I straighten it out. I get stiffness in the small joints of my fingers. If I try to bend back the ring finger on my left hand, it feels like I'm going to rip out tendons or ligaments. If I'm on my hands and knees, my wrists feel too strained to depend on to hold me up. My ankles feel weak like that, too. Can't wear heels anymore. Afraid I'll twist my ankle or trip and fall. I have stiff neck, too. That one was the last one to come on.
I don't know if all that's from Bart or Lyme or CIRS. Shoemaker says joint and muscle pain or stiffness and muscle fatigue/exercise intolerance are all CIRS symptoms, too. I don't know. For a long time, I blamed it all on Bart.
Post edit:
Sorry. I didn't answer the question of what do you do for tendon issues. I had some improvement after starting IHA Formula, but then it came back again.
