Hello guys im positive to Lyme , bart ,cpn and babesia im on treating now.

i have wondering what can cuze white coating on side of the tounge ? i thought its fungus but its not iv done meny tests , tryed to treat with herbs and RX without sucess , no reaction to probiotics , dont have any other yeast issue or sugar craving.

i heard it can be due to lyme infect some of my organ

Everyone says it's candida, from overuse of antibiotics. I suspect it's from the biofilm of borrelia. They say yeast can even form biofilm... My mucous and white film on my tongue has gone down over the years with antibiotic treatment, I had this same mucous and white tongue in my mouth before antibiotic treatment, so I don't think it's from overuse of antibiotics like everyone says.

A lot of Lyme patients have this, I suspect almost everyone!

Funny, after decades of research, we still can't get a straight answer on a lot of our symptoms from this horrible infection.

I have chronic yeast for the most part and always have a white coated tongue...unless I take a clove of raw garlic every AM. I should probably get back on that. smile

opugirl, how do you take the garlic? suck on it, or chew on it like gum.

i have been taking 3 cloves per day, seems to be helping with the oral thrush.

Try oil pulling with coconut oil. It's very good for things like that. Swish a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth for up to 20 minutes in the morning.

I am doing oil pulling too, it takes a while. also, rinse with salt water.

This helped me. The coating can also be bacteria.

I chop up a clove and throw it in a piece of bread with olive oil and chew on it and swallow, then case it! It isn't activated unless you chop it or chew it!
