How close together to take Antibiotics for Bartonella?

Rifampin 600mg (2 x 300mg) tablets
Azithomycin 500mg (2x 250mg) tablets

How close do you guys who have had success treating Bart take them from each other?

Azith in morning, Bart at night?
Couple hours apart?
All at the same time?

I want to go easy on liver..

Also has anyone had success on this? Will this get my brain feeling normal again overtime?

take both at the same time. they should be Rx'd at twice a day... right

At 7am I take (tinctures are at 5:30 am):

OoO
Rif
Biaxin
Nystatin
Alinia

followed by my Supps

At 6 pm I take:

Herbal Tinctures
OoO
Rif
Biaxin
Nystatin

then another round of supps

Your mind will come back slowly...

I take Rifampin when I get up on empty stomach - wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and take minocycline and Ceftin - then eat breakfast .

I do the same at dinner time (6/6:30 ish )

Rifampin is best on empty stomach - an hour before meals is best.
