re-infection in WI?

Have any of you been infected more than once?

I was diagnosed with lyme June 2017 and at this point consider myself almost fully recovered.

However, I'm in Wisconsin, a hotbed of lyme during prime tick season, for a month, and I'm worried about reinfection.

I"ve been trailrunning, hiking and camping a ton. Most of the time, I've had bug spray on, but twice I didn't. I've done tick checks every time, but I never saw a tick/rash the first time around, so I'm not sure that matters.

Today, I noticed a lymph gland behind my ear is swollen, and now I"m freaked out. Could this be a symptom of reinfection? If so, what should I do?? I'm worried a dr wont give me abx without evidence of a tickbite or rash.

I never had any confirmed co-infections, although my LLND has me on an herbal treatment for babesia. I was thinking of doing the MD labs testing for coinfections since done since I have heard people are able to get their insurance to pay for it. I will be back in Portland in early August, so I will schedule a visit to my LLND then. IN the meantime, I will continue on the herbs I was doing and maybe add more of what buhner recommends as part of his core protocol.
