I know steroids are a no no with Lyme. What about if you may have PANS? I been reading that people with PANS had success with treating their nuero symptoms with Steroids and abx? Anyone get rid of PANS like symptoms on just Antimicrobial?

I was tested for it and the results were equivocal. Did you have the Cunningham panel done?
