Portland OR LLMD referral

I’m looking for a LLMD in Portland, OR. Looking to rule out Lyme or be diagnosed with Lyme so I can start treatment. I have been active my whole life (22 years) but have hit a wall. From running marathons to extreme fatigue, body aches, grinding teeth, constipation, joint pain, spine pain, foggy head, declined memory, to name a few. How does a person go from full time student double majoring, teaching yoga, having friends, to barely getting out of bed?? I traveled extensively in Europe and Israel 10 months ago and now have a hard time traveling to the bathroom. Please if you know of a LLMD in or near Portland please help!!!
