Hello all i made one zuccini and one yellow squash and fried in real butter no thing on it. 4 hrs later a hell of a herx. about
a month ago same thing can squash kill bugs? This is crazy.

after a quick google search looks like it could be? seems like an unlikely antibacterial but who knows? i have some in the fridge, i will have to try it too.

For me, squash doesn't cause a herx, but it is definitely reactive and causes severe neurological inflammation.

Nope I was not taking anything that day was off everything to start my protocol I gave body a rest. My neighbor is a dr and he said squash skin has antibacterial properties. I only fried in butter but not high temp just to soften it to eat. So I am positive it was the squash I ate it tonigh and same thing again. Maybe killing candida

I would seriously question whether the veggies had pesticide contamination. Seems way more likely to me than a herx from antibacterial squash skin.

I eat raw zucchini sticks regularly with hummus as a snack, i havent noticed this response.
