Hi everyone!
I’ve read on one of blogs better to introduce
each herbs from Buhner Protocol one by one.
So on week 5 I am still
1(500mg)x morning, 1xlunch, 2xdinner.
Herxing pretty bad, cannot increase dosage,
use lots of binders.
And weird effects I haven’t seen people mention—>
pain behind eyes, crying a lot(without emotional
connection).increased puppils, muscle twitching, horrible pain all
over body, fever, tailbone pain..
Does anyone has (had) one of those???
What am i missing? maybe some special binder?
i use charcoal, bentonite clay, eat lots of rice
You don't need to rush when increasing the dose. If you're herxing...then stay at that dose...you could even drop it a bit if it gets to be too much.
I had tailbone pain...it was bartonella in my case. It was kind of weird. I could sit....and not feel it...then when I'd go to stand up...it would hurt...and then after awhile standing...go away.
It was after extensive bart treatment that it subsided and has not come back...
I cried a lot too....and also muscle twitching all over my body...and nerve pain as well.
You can do more to detox. My favorite one is the warm (not hot) epsom salt baths. I also put a drop of lavender essential oil in the tub and marjoram (for my nerve pain).
I dry brush my skin prior to bathing. It helps keep the lymphatic system working and sloughs off dead skin.
I did epsom salt baths a minimum of every other day. I would get a lot of relief from them...although it only lasted a few hours.
Are you taking something for your liver? Milk thistle seed extract is good. (Unless you have an allergy to ragweed).
Also...you should be taking probiotics daily.
