I just started to develop a white/yellow coating on my tongue. Never had this before. Feeling of dry mouth all the time except when eating/drinking. 3 weeks out in my abx protocol. My protocol is very hard, so i'm not really surprised.
Questions: Could it be yeast? And will it dissappear after abx course?
If not, do i treat during or after abx? And how to treat?
Thanks!

Def sounds like yeast. Antibiotics wont kill it off but rather make it worse because they kill off good bacteria in your gut as well as the bad.
It's best to take a probiotic at night. I personally use GutPro, DigestaGuard or BioK. Also you want to take antifungals. The easiest ones are apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and pao d'arco bark. If you need something stronger you can look into rx antifungals like nystatin or fluconazole

My LLMD has me taking diflucan two days each cycle (cycles are 4 weeks long) as a prophylactic - and yes when I’m taking abx.

Yes, treat for it. The abx will take a toll fast. I do have Candida on top of it all.
I take nystatin every day. If you add anything like coconut oil or acv, go low and slow, it’ll hurt.
