I had done a little research on rebounding on a trampoline for detox before I started implementing it daily last week. Apparently it is a superb way of getting the lymphatic system going along with a whole host of other benefits.
We got a really big one for the kiddos a few years back. I used it occassionally and pretty much stopped when I got sick. Well, not sure if it's the bvt or what, but after a week of building up stamina on the trampoline, I am reaping some benefits.
After the first 3 days I was able to go from being barely able to jump 300 times to a couple sets of 500. The twitches in my calves have pretty much subsided. And neuropathy I have had in 2 of my toes since last November is pretty much gone. And today has been the best day I've had in a very long time. Oh, and my balance is improving.
I'm not positive it's because of the rebounding, maybe a mix of the bvt and rebounding, but I really feel that rebounding may be the most effective way for me to detox. It boosts lymphatic drainage, boosts blood circulation, you sweat, and from what I read, it is more intense and easier on the joints than running.
Just thought I'd pass on the benefits of rebounding to those who are unaware.
