I have a post on this "Food tolerance test, (many by MRT kit test)", bottome of this page right now.
They rated all of these 170 food items on a scale for me. My worst four offenders were: cane sugar, corn, cinamon and turkey. Had no idea the last three were bad for me.
There are many more on the next "scale" down. Wheat was high but not on top, its in this next "scale" of ofenders and equaly as bad for me as to any kind of yeast- which is why I had a reaction to yeast probiotics in the past (S.B.). Turmeric also, which explains why I felt worse using this herbal "anti-inflammatory".
