I had some progress with some of the babesia herbs but ultimately they only took me so far. I found the pharma antimicrobials (like malarone) much more potent and effective. This isn't to say one can't heal babesia with herbs, just in my case it's proven a bit more difficult.
That said, some of the best herbs for me were artemisia annua (zhang brand), allicin (zhang brand), CSA from woodlands essence, neem. A more recent one that Buhner recommended was Nauclea Latifolia (can get this from woodlands essence). Sometimes it takes some trial and error to see what works for you.
It can take a while to treat babesia, so timeframes really depend on the individual and their particular situation.
I'm a fan of rotating, so if after a while you notice that you are plateauing or herb doesn't feel like it is doing anything then it is probably time to rotate in some new things.
Best bang for the buck imo is CSA, it's a potent herbal combination for babesia.
