Can anyone give their opinion on this Lyme protocol?

My background is I have had bad Lyme symptoms since 2012 but might have gotten it long before. I had treated with Cowden which got me about 70% better, and have backslid to 60-65% in the last few months with so many food intolerances and weight gain (my biggest symptom along with sleep issues). My hormones are all messed up too, I am hypothyroid, hyperestrogenic, low testosterone and cortisol and progesterone. So here is what I have been prescribed:

from my LLMD:
natural thyroid, synthetic T3 and testosterone/pregnenolone
ashwaghanda (cortisol)
DIM (estrogen)

from my herbalist:
chlorella
colloidal silver
tea with lemon balm, eleuthera, astragalus, shatavari, licorice
tincture with a bunch of ingredients I never heard of, the only ones I recognize are pinella, panax ginseng, cordyceps, vitex, and rhodora rosea, mixed in ethanol and water

I was also told to take probiotics, evening primrose oil, a calcium/magnesium/D3/K2 supplement, something called GI revive powder (very $), all of which I can't quite afford right now, and will eventually start DMSO in a foot bath, suppositories, yu xing cao powder.

And lastly I have been looking at garlic supplements and have concluded either Allimed or Zhang garlic are the best, right now I just take a few raw garlic cloves a day and was taking an allicin supplement from a natural store (16,000mcg) that didn't seem to do much.

Oh yeah and I have a small rife machine called a spooky2. I used my friend's rife machine which seemed to cause a strong reaction but not much so far from this machine.

Any thoughts on all this?

I have been doing Lyme, hormonal, candida/leaky gut, biofeedback frequencies, rotating them all. So far only reacted to biofeedback I think, and hormonal. I hope to try the Lyme DNA one which my friend has, that seemed to do a lot.

Yes I have over the top estrogen and low testosterone. Idk. Lyme ****ed up my hormones big time. it used to be really high now it's at the bottom of normal.

No why would I do cowden again? It did all it was going to do...it didn't even help after 5 months of it.

Yes I know. I did the whole 9 months. But it did its job, I don't see why I would go back on the same plan... especially given the cost. I also forgot to mention, a lot of that recovery was due to a diet which led to a loss of a lot of toxic weight, so I actually am not sure how much cowden did by itself. But I wanted feedback on my current plan. As I said most of my problems seem to be hormone and GI related.

I don't see any strong antibacterials. That was the only thing that got me better personally. Cryptolepis, sida Acuta, knotweed, etc

Yes silver and garlic are. There are probably some in the tincture she gave me but I don't know all the ingredients. Right now we are focusing on the hormones and GI stuff since I don't suffer from more severe Lyme symptoms like pain.

I have tried some Buhner herbs for a while yes, and Byron White. I did them for a few months and didn't see any improvement though. Thanks for all the feedback though.

It says it has cold properties in Chinese medicine and I have a lot of heat apparently, and helps liver...no clue.
