I'm really sorry to hear that, I can completely relate. When I first started treating I could barely tolerate any antimicrobials, often couldn't even tolerate 1 drop of a tincture. It depressed the heck out of me.
But I found that over time I was able to build up the therapies, sometimes more quickly than I had originally imagined. There are certain medicines I still have to be careful with, especially when I treat babesia, I have very hard time with those herxes.
I've often had to contextualize this as a marathon, and that helps remind me that I have to pace treatments according to what I can tolerate. Getting better is a process. Generally I think pulling back the dose to a level that you can manage (in regards to herxing) is the way to go. Then once you stabilize gradually try to build up the dose, if you run into issues, just drop back down. That would be my recommendation.
How many drops are you taking of the A-bart? some people have extremely strong responses to those tinctures, they are quite powerful. I've heard of people having to take 1/4 of a drop (drink 1/4 of a glass with 1 drop) as a dose to start off with. Others are not as sensitive...
Another angle to explore: might want to look into mast cell activation issues, antihistamines could be something to try and potentially could take the edge off the herxes:
