Sick for 5 years but recently diagonsed with Lyme and not getting any good help

This is a long text. It’s a summary of how things have been the last years and with the question if my next step is to find a llmd?


For 5 years ago I got an allergic reaction and went in to the hospital. After that I got symtoms like, headaches, food sensitivties, ibs, sound and light sensitvity, dizziness, chemical sensitivy.
I thought that was only because of high stress, trauma, poor sleep, as I was working late and somedays until 2-4 am.
I made a lot of improvements around diet, sleep, mindfullness, chemicals, supplements and felt a bit better.

I.5 years ago I had a very bright light pointed at me at a new office and after that I got big problems with dry eyes, better now but still not good.
9 months ago I got a lot of pain in my arm muscles and elbow. Thought it was because I trained to much as I worked out at the gym + did pull ups and dips at home at a new station almost every day.
Improved but took very long time.

Earlier this year I took private help and did a lot of tests like organci acids, CSAPx2 etc.
I got diagoned with leaky gut, sibo, the parasite Blastocystis hominis, problems with breaking down fat, to few good stomach bacterica and some nutrition deficiencies.

Removed grains, ate more vegetables, new supplements and did almost 8 weeks of herbal threatment with Oil of Oregano and a mixed tablett with berberine, grapefruit, gentian root, sweet annie, quassia bark, black walnut hull and garlic.
Had to stop in the end as I fel too awful and very toxic.

Stomach improved but didn’t feel as good as I hoped overall.
Was going to do a GI maps test but then I got a few days with very intense pain that moved quickly.
I have had a very light ring on my left leg for over a year that I never had looked up.
I then decided to go with that to the doctor and based on symtoms, the ring and that Im often walking or mountainbiking in the woods she thought I had Borrelia as we call it in Sweden.
I got 10 days of Phenoxymethylpenicillin.

3 weeks after the treatment was done I notice one tick that’s on my leg and a bite from another one.
Was mountainbiking the day before and spent 2 days walking and mountainbiking in the country.
Both got a bit red around so was just prescribed 14 days of doxycycline, 100 mg x 2 a day.

The doctors in Sweden isnt skilled enough and wont prescibe longer treatments of antibiotics.
The health coach isnt skilled enough in Lyme and specially Bartonella that I think I have based on reading here and in books.
So I guess I should be looking for a llmd in Europe?

Testing one month of autoimmune paleo and is already eating low fodmap, organic and mostly grassfed meat. Filter water and using an air cleaner.

Been detoxing lightly for a long time but recently added a few new things and do the others more frequently. Mix with ir sauna, footbath with epsom salt, dry skin brushing, oil pulling.
Also do low level light therapy every day for 25 min with Vielight 655.
Started liposomal gluthatione 2 days ago and will try it for 1 month.
Been taking G.I detox for a while and recently started with Takesumi suprime as binders.

I take a lot of supplements, like magnesium, vit c 3 times a day, fish oil, vit d, cbd oil, probiotics, ginger etc. I space out magnesium and probiotics with the antibitoics.

I have been getting very intense pain during the antibiotics.

I have had a dead tooth since 15 years ago, my understanding is that it needs to be taken care of for proper healing of this?
I have been travvelling a lot and living abroad some, got some eye virus when I was in Thailand.

It was pretty likely that we lived a year in an apartment where there was mold in the bathroom when I got sick.
My girlfriend got sick 4 years ago and after some time got worse and is diagnosed with CFS/ME.

Anything to think about? Should I make a separate thread asking for a llmd?

Sorry you are having symptoms.

Many member do say that we need to take care of our teeth to get well. Many people have their mercury fillings removed by biological dentists.

I will make a new thread with the correct title for looking for a LLMD later.

I will need to read more about mold, but we have tested our current aparment where we lived the last 4 years and it was mold free. But a test like the one at Realtimelab seems quite likely that I have to do later.
The ir sauna and takesumi supreme should help some for the moment.

My girlfriend is going to a biological dentist but I dont think Im ready yet to take out my tooth. I think I need to detox a lot more first as I feel quite toxic.
I havent even been to a dentist at all since I got sick.
