3 days ago I had a salad with salmon, grape tomatoes, super greens, and a small side of cottage cheese. None of these foods have ever caused me trouble before. I've now had diarrhea for 3 days. Not non-stop, but every time I use the restroom, it's pure liquid. Best guess is the tomatoes were bad. I ordered one carton and got two. One of them was bad, moldy. The other one looked perfectly fine. So I ate those. The first night, I felt a little nauseous and really tired. Since then I have no other symptoms. I feel fine, otherwise. No headaches, no nausea, nothing really. I assume it was the tomatoes, but I'm not sure since I'm the only one that ate them.
Now, because I'm generally paranoid about everything these days, I'm concerned about parasites or food poisoning or something else. I've been trying to drink lots of water and taking charcoal at night before bed. I've also taken ACV and that helped some, but it's not clearing up. Everything I eat (and I mean everything) is upsetting my stomach.
Before this, my digestion seemed like it was getting better. I cut out rice and have been taking chanca piedra to help with what felt like gallbladder discomfort. Not stones, exactly, just felt clogged. I've stopped taking the chanca piedra.
I don't even know what to do. I need to eat, but everything is hard on me. Help?
