Read the disgusting treatment of a Lyme patient at the hands of The Standard Insuance company. Not only did they deny his claim, they ruined his reputation to the point where he won't be able to get a job again:

Note the "un-biased" doctor they had review the case. DR. RAYMOND J. DATTWYLER. He is listed in the lawsuit right after Wormser. Very "un-biased". These are insurance company hit men. Hired hands for the insurance company.

Let's hope and pray justice is done. We need to expose this conspiracy. It's not a "conspiracy theory". This is a real conspiracy between insurance companies and the IDSA. There's a money trail.

with any hope justice will be done with the case.

it seems like everything goin with lyme, we are very close to a breakthrough whether its with diagnostics, treatment, or legal. I hope something happens soon. It seems like if if one big thing happened, the house of card will topple.

I think your gut feeling is right Sierradon. A couple breakthrus and the house of cards might come crumbling down. It's a lot of work to suppress the truth.

I feel as tho the original architects of the policy, once they die off or are replaced with more suitable results oriented people it will change too. but that will take longer, a break through would certainly usher in change much faster i think.

for example, in my state PA...legislation to help with Lyme is being held up due to Senator White. a bunch of legislation has been passed through the House, but hung up waiting on this guy who has a background supporting the insurance industry. sooner this guy is voted out or replaced, change could start to happen. he may be there a while, or have to wait for him to die off. Senator White is another criminal in the mix.

Wow, I had heard all about the IDSA, the insurance companies, and Dr's being attacked by those with interest in preventing long term treatment for Lyme but I have not dove into the specifics until this document. Crazy

yeah this has been in court for about a year, hopefully some progress will be reported soon.
